Return and Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Please note, we do not offer refunds.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Important: An unpacking video must be shared at the time of requesting an exchange.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at connect.mauve@gmail.com. Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to an address shared by email.

If your exchange is accepted, we will provide further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please make sure to share images of the damaged product along with the unpacking video by email at connect.mauve@gmail.com.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to initiate an exchange for the item you have. Once the exchange request is accepted, we will provide you with the return address.
Please note, you can ship the product back to us after receiving a written approval over email. The customer will be responsible for bearing the return shipping cost.
